i like the cropping, but i think maybe there's too much of her shirt showing and not enough of her head..or somehing...it seems like too much attention is focused on the shirt. I think maybe the text makes you focus on the shirt more than her face.

Agree with the smile, my previous note was about the text on t-shirt. IMHO it either should be in focus to be in balance with face or it should not be there at all
